How It Works
DISC is a personal assessment tool used to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace. I'm certified to administer the assessment and provide training in how to utilize the results. Each person on the team creates a DISC profile by completing a research-based questionnaire to determine their personality style. Then I take the team through a series of customized discussions, reflections, and coaching sessions over time in order to reach agreed upon goals.
